Refund policy

Custom Items Marked as In-Stock

Some items may appear as "in-stock" on our website; however, these are crafted on-demand using available components. As such, they may not be ready for immediate shipment or in-store pickup. Please allow 24-48 hours for the creation of these items. For urgent orders, contact our store at 708-889-6229 to confirm availability or to schedule a pickup.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before production, a design proof will be provided for your approval. Please review carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for errors after approval.

For a return to be eligible, items must be unused, in the original condition received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom-printed items

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at linus.wws@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at linus.wws@gmail.com and return your item to our store address at 3516 RIDGE RD, Lansing IL 60438, United States. Exchanges can also be made in-store during regular business hours.

Gifts

If the item was received as a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
