Your embroidery is prepared, proofed and produced at our Downtown Lansing shop—not sent to a far-away third-party decorator. We can work with your provided material, or choose from our library of available apparel.
🧵 In-House Design and Creation
We handle the pre-production as well! We 'll convert your artwork into an embroidery-ready file and create a physical sew-out proof so we can evaluate the design on fabric. Most new designs can be digitized and proofed in 3 to 4 business days.
🚚 Commercial Embroidery Production
Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately, with delivery estimates based on the design, order size and current machine availability. We can typically produce approximately 30 large embroidered pieces per week.

Classic, Professional Look
Design, Proofing and Pricing
Turn your logo, name or artwork into a professionally embroidered design with help from our Lansing production team.
Every new embroidery design begins with artwork review and digitizing. Digitizing converts ordinary artwork into a specialized embroidery file that tells the machine where, how and in what order to place every stitch. We then produce a physical sew-out proof so the design can be evaluated before it is embroidered on your finished garments.
Embroidery is an excellent choice for employee uniforms, company polos, dress shirts, jackets, caps, workwear and other apparel.
From Artwork to Embroidery
1. Send Us Your Design - Provide your logo, lettering or artwork. Vector artwork is helpful, but it is not required. Our staff will review the file, intended garment, placement and desired finished size.
2. We Digitize the Artwork - The design is converted into an embroidery-ready DST file. During digitizing, we plot stitch direction, density, and color changes to create the cleanest and most optimized image. (New-design digitizing from $15)
3. We Produce a Sew-Out Proof - A physical sample is embroidered on test material so we can inspect the lettering, details, colors, registration and overall appearance. (Sew-out proof from $8.50) Most designs can be reviewed, digitized and proofed within three to four business days.
4. You Approve the Design - We will provide the sew-out for review, either during an in-store visit or as an emailed mage. If an adjustment is needed, we can revise the embroidery file before beginning final production.
5. Production Begins - After final approval, your garments are scheduled for embroidery. Production time depends on the design, quantity and current machine availability. Worldwide Shirts can typically produce approximately 20-30 standard embroidered pieces per week.
How Stitch Count Affects Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based largely on the number of stitches required—not simply the physical dimensions of the logo. A small, densely filled design may require more stitches than a larger design containing open space and simple lettering.

New Logo Digitizing & Conversion
Starting at $15.00
We convert your JPG or PNG image to an embroidery machine-readable DST File. This one-time charge starts at $15.00 (up to 10,000 Stitches - 4" x 4" image). Each additional 1,000 stiches priced at $1.50. Images can be reused.
Required Sew-Out Test
Starting at $8.50
Before entering production, we require a Sew-Out Proof on new or provided DST files to test and ensure high physical quality of design on fabric. Includes 10K stitches, each 1K more is $1.00. Proof can be approved at store or via mail.
Additional Creation or Design Prep Work
$12.50/Half Hour
Basic logo cropping or isolation is included free, but additional professional cleanup or logo design can be ordered at $12.50/half hour. We can alter fonts, rearrange text and other Photoshop-type adjustments.
