We create the ordering pages and checkout process, produce each item and coordinate pickup or delivery. Programs can remain open throughout the year or accept orders for a limited time leading up to an event.

Reporting frequency is established when the program is created.

Worldwide Shirts establishes the cost to produce each product. Your organization chooses the customer selling price and determines how much each sale can generate for the brand, fundraiser or program.

Available program proceeds are calculated after Worldwide Shirt's production costs, applicable platform or payment-processing fees, discounts, refunds and other agreed program expenses. Sales tax and customer-paid shipping charges are calculated separately and are not included in program proceeds.

Payout schedules depend on sales activity and program structure. Weekly payouts are available for many active programs.

From Customer Orders to Organized Distribution

Artwork and product details are approved before the program opens. Once an eligible order and payment are received, WWS can move it into production without requesting approval again.

Programs can be produced continuously as customers order or collected for production around a scheduled closing date.

• Ongoing store and featured-product orders are produced as they are purchased.
• Standard on-demand products are normally completed within two to three business days.
• Group orders can be produced after the ordering period closes and scheduled around an event date.
• Timelines for specialty products or unusually large orders are established before launch.

Shipping to Over 200 Countries

For more than 20 years, Worldwide Shirts has shipped apparel to customers in over 200 countries and territories.

USPS is our standard domestic carrier for individual orders. Current shipping rates are calculated according to the destination and added at checkout or when the order is finalized. Local customers may select free pickup at our local Lansing store when available.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs requirements, import duties, taxes or other destination-country charges. These charges are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

Additional setup or design charges may apply for more comprehensive customization, including custom theme colors, reduced Worldwide Shirts branding, specialized layouts or stores containing more than 15 products. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
